Is Kona Hills dog friendly?

Yes, our campground is dog friendly but we do ask that you keep control of your pets at all times.

Is the outlook over Lake Superior open?

No. The outlook over Lake Superior is currently closed and the path to reach it is blocked off. We plan to open this area to guests as soon as we have a plan for safe access.

Is there an eagle's nest at the campground?

Yes! There is an active eagle's nest in our campground. We ask that you respect all nature while visiting and admire from afar. We are currently working with the Superior Watershed Partnership to establish a conservancy area around the nest.
